I have been looking at it for ages now and gave in and bought myself it for christmas its brilliant !!!!! so far I have made roasted veggies (3 times !!) using different oils so far safflower, rice and carrot (experimenting )
garlic butter wedges (using a fraction of the butter that I would normally use and still getting a lovely buttery taste )
cajun frites with last nights chicken /pepper wraps and cos I only used 1 tblsp oil I did not feel guilty about my big fat dollop of aioli
hopefully it will cut my trips to get gas down as well |

yes !! but I think its worth it because instead of cooking chips in plain oil I can use better quality ones and the oven is not just put on for roasted veg (which we have quite a few times a week ) mind you my friend has just burst my bubble by pointing out a watchdog programme (the fan has been going and they have been catching fire ) I used my card fidelity money to pay for it (I save my divvy until the end of the year and then get something I would not normally buy )
am shattered as we have been really busy this afternoon so am actually going to use it to make chips (for the first time) Potjelveesch and chips
