best potato tip I ever had was from an irish lady we met on holiday in france
on her kitchen side she had a big bowl of boiled in their skin pots ( a thing I always have in my kitchen as well now) they last for about 4 days (but of course never do as we always use them up)
just chip them for really fluffy chips
slice and make a hot pot and onion sandwich
chuck in microwave or oven for jacket spuds
in fact you can do anything you want with then |

What's a hotpot and onion sandwich?!
I sometimes cook too many pots, but never really like them reheated-not only the taste, but the texture doesn't seem right. So I usually just use them up in a potato salad, or make a Spanish tortilla with them. |
