I have got the munchies big time today... all i want to do is eat and pick at food..

any ideas on how to not do this?

If you have to munch try and make it reasonably nutritious. Ok to do once in a while though, so don't worry about it too much!

My friend when she was pregnant ate alot of malteasers in custard... now.. thats sounds heavenly to me.. to scared to try it because the risk of a small addiction lol!!

I feel.. that as they have fruit in them,. that you  could use the excuse that hot x buns are infact helping you on the way to 5 a day...

so does chocolate.... chocolate comes from a bean, a bean is a vegtable ergo... one of your five a day LOL

When I wanna snack all day I snack on the following:

Little pots of fruit .  I love them - breakfast, lunch, dinner and all the times in between!(normally from Asda cos they are only £1!)
Cereal bars.  Can't get enough of those cereal bars.
Weetabix.  It really can fill you up!
Muller yogurts or rice.   Delicious!
