Defintely. If you measure it into individual portions too, then you can just take out as much as you need.
I always try to make more soup than I need so I can have some in the freezer.It's good too, to make and freeze stock. |

I always freeze the soup I make... although some of them haven't been that nice but I still freeze them and one day I'll forget and defrost and eat them! :lol: _________________ Positive Change |

Soup freezes really well - if I am ever doing a family lunch or dinner party and doing soup for starter I make the week before and freeze it so there's one less thing to worry about! The only time you have to be careful is if there is cream in the soup. I think you can still freeze it but you have to be careful with re-heating it.
