Who's for haggis?Happy Burns night-any takers?

The only time I have been close to having Haggis was many years ago when a friend of mine had some sent to him by his parents and we were both sharing it. Unfortunately (or fortunately as the case may be) by the time we received the parcel it had become very game haggis so it was disposed of.
I do eat most things and in my time have had pickled sparrow (Cyprus), camel steaks (North Africa) and other dubious foods so I guess I could at least try haggis.
