What can I do with cherry tomatoes?I have loads and loads and they're ripening far quicker than I can eat them. Is there anything I could do with them so they last longer? Like chutney or something?

Nice roasted. You could do a big tray of tom/peppers/onions-nice in baked potatoes with some cheese. Pretty nice with anything really-hot or cold!

We've just halved a load of them and popped them in a pan to cook with onions and garlic in some olive oil. Then added some pork sausages. When all cooked going to plop onto of a small bit of pasta. That's our dinner tonight!

Mmmm good ideas, I think I'll have them with pasta tomorrow for dinner... they are lovely so I don't want them going to waste.

You can throw them in the freezer, and then cook with them at later date in a tomato sauce based dish, if you want. Saves you having to deal with them immediately.

I've always been reluctant to freeze toms because of the high water content-any tips on how to do it succesfully?
