I feel really lazt about cooking today and think I will do John and I ready made chicken kievs for dinner.
Hayley has a vegetarian friend coming here for dinner so I will do them pasta with tomato, onion, sweetcorn and mushroom sauce earlier on.

As we were out most of the day yesterday, I am cooking the roast today.
Pork shoulder chops, apples sauce, roast potatoes (roasted in duck fat), parsnip and carrot mashed together, some brussels.

Soup for my lunch in a mo and not sure about tonight, might get a takeaway!

Ham and tomato sandwich with banana to follow for lunch and home made cottage pie with a salad tonight. (cottage pies done in individual dishes).
The cottage pies are made 4 at a session and frozen (just meat and potato). When defrosted they are heated in the microwave then leek and cheese added to the top and put under the grill for about 6 or 7 minutes until the cheese starts to brown.
