Tried & tested orange & poppy seed muffin recipe?I'm off to Northampton this weekend and as a surprise I am going to cook Dan some orange and poppy seed muffins as they are his favourite, have seen a few online but wondered if anyone had a tried and tested recipe?

I'm never very succesful with muffins-they taste ok, but don't look nearly as nice as shop bought ones. Will post the recipe later if nobody can give you a tried and tested!

So, how did they go? Did he like them? Are they nice? Will you be making some at Christmas for your mum?

Yes they were nice... and yes he did like them. I might make them for my Mum at Xmas, if she's good...
