Today's meal will bequiche.
After discovering at such a late stage in my life that I quite enjoy making and eating quiche, I have 2 in the oven.
One is sausage, onion and mushroom. One is cheese and broccoli...I think we'll have a piece of each with a baked potato and salad this evening, they smell wonderful.
Thanks to those who told me how to do it.

Mine is whatever I pick up in Tesco on the way home... nothing exciting in my freezer anymore, need to do some shopping!

Hamburgers and chips. The only night of the year I serve "junk" food as we will be in the garden watching fireworks.

Well I was going to have steak but then I thought I fancied a nice tomato sauce and pasta so made that instead... Was nice!!

again!!!!!!!!
Made a huge pot for the bonfire party on Saturday. Had some for tea yesterday and again today. Got at least 2 more days left to eat!!!!!!

I made a chilli yesterday in the slow cooker and had a portion left which I froze... didn't fancy it two days in a row though!

Someone told me the chilli gets hotter if it's been frozen and this is just about as hot as I can take it.
Also, because of my gastric bypass and only being able to eat small amounts I am used to eating the same food 2 or 3 days in a row as a standard portion is far to big and not everything can be frozen or refrozen.

We are having homemade chicken curry tonight with rice.

T bone steak chips (as forgot to put potaoes on) and baked beans ansd some sausages. yummy

Had roast beef yesterday and it was a big joint so today it is cold beef salad.

We have pasta with four cheese sauce, bacon (cos I can't find any lardons) and salad.

I have a lovely sausage casserole in my slow cooker... will eat it when I get home, hopefully my bus wont be late again like last night, got home at 7.10pm!!! 
Can't wait, it looked scrummy this morning...

Today I am finally eating the last of the chilli.
Had it every day for a week starting last Saturday. Was going to finish it yesterday but started on the wine early and ended up just snacking on rubbish all evening instead.

About 7 of us for tea tonight so a big lasagne was baked with fresh white bread, garlic bread and salad. So yummy.
