The Foxhunter - MonmouthshireWe were in Wales this bank holiday weekend and had dinner last night at The Foxhunter, Nantyderry, Monmouthshire. Matthew Tebbutt is the head chef - he was also at Chez Bruce in London, which we have also been to. Fantastic food. I think it was the best meal I have had in a quite a while. If you want to go, you definitely need to book in!

I like Matt Tebbutt, ever since he was on Great British Menu last year... very lucky to go there Laura!
