It’s been a tough winter for everyone, but here at Fifteen Cornwall, we’re ready to say goodbye to the snow and frost and celebrate the arrival of a brand new season. Spring is slowly but surely on its way and we’ve got some fantastic new produce on the menu. Wake up your taste buds with tender and delicate spring lamb, welfare-friendly veal, vibrant salads and the first new potatoes.
