Spices & Herbs book?Fancy using ore spice/herbs in my cooking and think I need to buy a book... I have looked on Amazon and there seem to be a few good ones, would like some recommendations though if anyone has any??

a really good spice one is Madhur Jaffrey ultimate curry bible its a well thumbed through book in my house !!and the pastes and curry mixes are brilliant !
