Spanish style tomatoes on toast2 good sized ripe, room temperature tomatoes, thinly sliced.
1 clove of garlic
2 slices of toast, or toasted baguette
olive oil
salt and pepper.
Toast your baguette, or slices of bread, rub the toasted bread with a halved garlic clove. Cover with thinly sliced tomatoes, season with salt and peppers, drizzle on some oil, and eat
