Smoking bags (no, I'm not being cheeky)A while ago I used smoking bags which I got in Lakeland. They were tremendous. Initially I was sceptical, but they really did work. They no longer seem to make them-has anyone seen them anywhere else?
(They were large foil bags, impregnated with wood chips, which you place in the oven)

Ooo never heard of these... I did get a free foil bag thing with Olive magazine the other month, not used it yet as you can only use it once, so I'm saving it. :smt081

Might be the same thing, but perhaps more likely to be a plain foil bag for roasting, as I think the smoking ones cost a few pounds.
The smoking bags    , sorry, are so good. Did 6 or so chicken breasts at a time. Was lovely having smoked chicken or trout -must have worked out so much cheaper too.

have you tried doing it like they do on Ready Steady cook in a wok lined with foil then add tea leaves and sugar put a rack in then meat and cover works well especially with Dajeeling(spelling) don't forget the foil or you will ruin the pan !!!!!!!!!!!!! doesn't take very long

Thnks Gilly-I'll give that a try. Will have to buy tea though! Only one here who drinks it, so only have teabags.
Have found where I can buy online, so might just have to have a look around this site-whatever "Scott Country" may be!
