This is on tomorrow, it's like a biography of him becoming a seafood chef, I will be watching this. BBC2 at 9pm tomorrow (7th January).

Watching this just now. I didn't realise he learnt to cook at the Hilton Paddington - I work next door to that building and we use it frequently for meetings.
