Starts Wednesday on BBC2 at 8pm.

The chef samples Mediterranean food and visits his favourite places in the region. In the first programme he catches a ferry to the mountainous island of Corsica where he tastes sausages and sheep's cheese, and discovers the locals have a passion for chestnuts.

Has anybody been watching this...it's lovely?

Please did any one watch last night? He watched a woman cooking a lamb recipe...I caught some of it but cannot find the recipe on the BBC site, as he didn't cook it.
It was potatoes and lamb in layers...I want to make it tonight and would like to make sure I have included all the ingredients.

I didn't see it, how annoying... it's weird it's not on the site!!

It appears to be only the recipes we saw him cook. I expect it's in the book and I haven't got the book...gonna have to imrovise, just wish I could remember all ingredients.
