My morning cuppabrought to me, in bed, by my manservant, had some added excitement.
The chick on the right, had hatched overnight ( 2 days before expected) and was obviously at least 6 hours old by the time she visited me this morning! 
This is the other one hatching a couple of hours later
I think they're both hens, so you can rest assured they'll not be eaten...honest 
The brooder wasn't cleaned, or ready.....I was going to do that later today!
12 more eggs in the incubator, some "pipping", so I expect they'll be hatching tomorrow.

There are now 10 chicks in the brooder, and 2 newly hatched in the incubator. 2 more eggs left.
