musselshi has any one got a good recipe for mussels? I have a vague recollection of pasta and cream that was scrummy but am struggling. I am not keen of them alone unlike OH but as he loves them ,need to look at all options!!

\we love this one and use it for chicken as well
thinly chop onion and garlic fry gently in butter when soft add tarragon and a good slosh of vermouth cook out the alcohol and add cream taste add s and p and extra tarragon to taste, throw in the mussels and leave to steam until open ( we also put cray fish etc in and serve it on big platters for everyone to dive in )
