LettuceI have lots of lettuce growing in my greenhouse... they are little gem, although I think I have too many in the trough so they aren't very compact!
Anyways, what else can I do with lettuce apart from have it as a salad?

It makes nice soup (seriously). I used to have it a lot when I lived in Spain-will try to track down a recipe.

how about quickly tossing in a little butter which you have cooked onions and garlic in chucking in some peas as well
