Jeffrey Steingarten's BooksHas anyone else enjoyed his foodie books? I read "It must've been something I ate" a couple of years ago and couldn't put it down. A mixture of travel, recipes, humour and gastronomy. I gave it away and then just had to get another copy. That was his second book, "The man who ate everything" was an earlier book and is currently on my TBR list.
If you love books and love food - I'm sure you'll love his books!
Cheers,

Not heard of these books but I think I might have to investigate them further, they sound just up my street... I'm currently reading Pomegranate Soup which is really quite good!

You won't be disappointed. I never knew so much about different cuts from different species of tuna - and that most of our supermarket tinned stuff is considered to be the lowest of the low.
ISBN 0747243077 and the other one is 0747260974
I asked for Pomegranate Soup on a recent Risi swap but was refused. Never mind - it'll come around eventually.

I would offer to lend you Pomegranate Soup when I'm finished by it's not mine, sorry! :D
