I did ok- scored 3 for first section, and 27 for second.

I thought I ate reasonably healthily but my score was 12 for A and 22 for B. No wonder I could do with losing a stone.

I scored 16 for A and 22 for B... not great, but ok I think!

I got 12 for A and 22 for B.

The lower your score for Section A the better. Below 10 is really good. Above 25 suggests you need to reduce the amount of fat in your diet.

The higher your score for Section B the better.
A score above 30 is very good. Less than 10 and changes are needed to increase the amount of bread, cereals, potatoes, fruit and vegetables in your diet.

You should aim to have a low score for A and a high score for B, which means a diet which is, overall, low in fat and high in cereals, bread, fruit and vegetables.

Think this has been an excellent guide, an certainly gives food for though. Can't see me needing to make many adjustments-in fact, am quite surprised that I didn't score over 30 on section B, so will look later and see if/how I can improve there-but am delighted with my 3 score for the first section, and see no need for any adjustments there.

I cannot eat lots of pasta and bread as I have problems with gluten and as I have only a small appetite I prefer to eat lots of veg and only 2 pieces of potato so that explains my low score , I am very healthy though and have not been to the Doctors for illness since my sons birth he is 25 this year  q21
