Help - Cream HornsWhen I was young my Mum used to do a lot of cooking - and one that comes to mind is cream horns. As I can remember, she made puff pastry and wrapped them round a cone shaped thingy (metal), and baked in oven til cooked and when cold filled with cream and jam. Has anybody seen these "cone shaped thingys", they were about 3" higher and about 1" diameter shape of cone.

I've seen cream horns in the shops but never a gadget to make them with... will keep my eye out! Have you looked on the Lakeland website or even Head Cook?

Thanks Jerseygirl - what a shame they are non stick - don't use non stick equipment. At least they are still around, must look harder for the non non stick type. Thanks again

Excellent, well done Angie....
I've closed the window now, but I'm going to have to go back and have another look...the problem is, they're bound to have some lovely things that I'll want, and I mustn't
