Manta Ray a l'Anglaise

Has anybody got. . . . . .A tried and tested recipe for a chinese style Lemon Sauce for chicken?

I have used Ken Homs one
70mls chicken stock
1 1/2 tblsp fresh le,on juice
2 teasp sugar
.. light soy sauce
.. dry sherry or rice wine
1/2 .. grated garlic
1 chilli
1 teasp cornflour blended with water
add all the ingredients (except for cornflour)
into pan bring to boil add cornflour mixture
add cooked chicken strips to sauce and stir fry to coat
