I spoke to Jo this afternoon. The falt is a little smaller than she had thought, but she's holding in reserve. She might go down next week to look at some more properties with her friend.
Has she abandoned us again :roll: :lol:

I've been uploading the pictures from last night, have posted them on RiSi if anyone's interested!! Loads of me for a change and I think I'm smiling in all of them... shock horror!
Had a lovely day today Elaine, thanks for wishing me luck... the flat was nice but like Mum said a bit small, will have a think over the weekend and call some more on Monday and then make a decision.

Looks like you had fun! Pity the flat was a bit small, but maybe if you get another few to compare with, it'll make the decision a bit easier. Always difficult judging without a comparison. I'm sure you'll get it sorted soon!

I am quite excited about tomorrow, the flat looks nice and I can't wait to see it! Have filled in the form ready so I can get it underway straight away if I definitely want it...
