Fourteen of the nation's top chefs will be battling it out in the new series. Starts 6.30pm on Monday 17 March on BBC Two. The UK's top chefs have cooked for the Queen and convinced the French that we can match them with gastronomic prowess. In the next series, they're out to prove to the world that we are up there with the best when it comes to modern British cuisine.
