Gorden Ramsey is my faveourite chef.unlike others he dosnt ponce around with ingrediant which you will never find .

Agreed. I really like the fact that he wants people to be able to taste the food rather than complicating it with too many spices or sauces. I've been catching up with the second series of the F Word on my cable tv and find that I would probably be able to recreate most of the dishes at home.
