Gordon Ramsay's Fast FoodBought this today, half price in Waterstone's. It's officially out tomorrow so I was a bit shocked to see it on the shelves...
Had a quick flick through and the recipes look really good. Some weird combinations too!

venison or beef with chocolate is really tasty - why don't you give it a try, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I made a chilli which was supposed to be with venison and that had chocolate in it, couldn't really taste it though... I think I posted the recipe!

Hot chocolate with chilli is tasty too, especially if you use the highest % choc and fresh chillies making it dark and fiery.
