Yeah I just thought that while washing up... I'm sure I can make it next week, the gooseberries are quite hard at the mo!

I like gooseberry sauce with Mackerel often end up using watered down jam though as the berries always end up in puddings

It was rather nice... I would make more but I don't have anymore gooseberries!! Plus we're eating out on Tuesday so I won't make any needlessly...
