Fast Food Junkies Go Native - Tues 15 JanFour people trade in their usual processed foods and sugar-laden treats for the diet of the Shimshal people, one of the healthiest communities in the world. They spend a month in a remote corner of northern Pakistan living with the villagers and gaining a new perspective on what they eat. In return, the visitors share their favourite meals with the Shimshal. Part of the Big Food Fight season.
