Everytime I am on here.................there is just one other active person or nobody on here. Can we make an evening and time, where there could be a group of us to have a chat. Need not be every week, even once a fortnight.

Sounds like a good idea....and I know I will be around more once I am free of visitors. I guess people are doing other stuff still....once winter really sets in, I expect there will be more activity.
Is it the same on other forums?

I have thought that the forums (not necessarily this one) have been lacking in good threads recently.

I reckon it's because I have been so busy... all these forums just don't run without me! 
I do try and get on sometimes at work but then when I get home in the evenings I'm usually watching TV or on Facebook... it really has taken over my life! 
Why don't we make one evening a week 'chat' evening and then if people know then we might all come together more often... if some of us can't make it for some reason then hopefully other's will be around!
How about a Wednesday evening, that's good for me?!

I was just chatting to someone on Facebook, and realised that I tend to chat more there nowadays than on forums. Maybe that is the answer, Facebook is taking over the world
I suspect that naming an evening might be helpful...at least we will all know when is a good chance of finding others around at the same time.
