Thanks for the link. OH and I were only talking about this the other day (we were on one of our war time diet discussions) and no I am only 45 so don't remember the war personally LOL

We were talking about the effect of supermarkets on small village shops etc and that although we now have round the year choice, it takes away not only from the farmers of course but also from the "seasonal" nature of cooking and what we eat.
