China - The Beautiful Cook BookI found this book in a loft of our house when we bought it. It is a 1989 edition, its bigger than A4 size, 250 pages, each page has two recipes with the dish in one column and recipe under and at the beginning of each section has lots of information about the area.
I haven't tried any of the recipes, but I should now that I have mentioned it. It is such a lovely book to look through. :lol:
