Cabbage

A neighbour has given me one of those hard green cabbages and it is huge, probably enough for 6 meals for the two of us.
Any ideas on different things I can do with it please, preferably something I can put in the freezer.

If it is what I think it is, it will last for ages in the fridge, with bits cut off for meals.

You could use some of the large leaves, to do that French thing, of stuffed leaves....with sausage meat or something, and I am sure once prepared they'll freeze.

Not sure what else....I normally just shred, cook quickly, and add butter and pepper as a veg with a main meal.

No ideas, I'm afraid-I usually just steam it and add lashings of black pepper. Making a  large tub of coleslaw would be useful too. You can do a soup, but it's pretty disgusting if truth be told!
