They are 2 chunky books, so yes a bit heavy. You may want to bring a backpack with you!

I love Delia- still use her original one regularly! But would love her vegetarian one-do you want to do a swap-or I'll happily buy and include p+p too? I recently cleared out many of my cookery books (for much about the same reason, but amongst the 1,000s of books which I do have, I'd probaby find something to your taste! Might be easier/better for you to just quote me a price though-I'm happy either way!

I am afterr goose fat and garlic (I think thats what it is called) must do an amazon search later I just slink mine in R has no idea how many I have  anyway
