Beetroot and goats cheese salad.Had this today, made by my friend Kathy.
I loved how it looked, and the beetroot (from the garden, and roasted the day before) was just gorgeous. I am not a fan of goats cheese, but Mark really enjoyed the combination.

I never used to like beetroot but I do now, that looks yummy!!!

I have planted some seeds. So hopefully, will have some of our own beetroot in Oct.
