Baked Ham HocksAlso saw this on This Morning, looked gorgeous and I'm even tempted to buy a ham hock, take it to France and force my mother to cook it for us!

You need to price one up, and I need to work out what it is called here and see if it will be cheaper to buy here. Happy to cook it....but have probably now spent all I intend to on meat for the week
We can cook it together...and if the bloody link would get on with opening, I could see what we're in for!!
Okay, have opened it now...looks nice...and you would need to bring tamarind with you.

It looks lovely-but nothing like what I would call a hock! Hocks to me are boney, and I use them to make ham stock.

I get mine in England I find them cheaper there
