Mine was fish cakes, chips and spaghetti hoops but it tasted a bit odd... I think it's my oven, I'm sure the cleaner that the old tenant used is leaking into my food!

For once we had a normal British meal, pork chops, potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli with a nice gravy and on the side a lovely rioja.

Hmm, interesting meal.
It was a chicken stew with corrizo, that I'd made several months ago and frozen what was left. I had also made, even more months ago, a failed humous, and decided I'd use the crumbled chick peas, as a savoury, humous crumble. So, I plonked that on top and shoved it in a hot oven.
It look disgusting as I dished it up.....but it tasted really nice
I served it with some sliced potatoes cooked in olive oil, with cumin, parika and corriander sprinkled in.
