When are the sevilles in the shops in France please?. Are they any sooner than in the UK?

I love making marmalade but does anyone have any variations on it please?

Anyone tried lime, grapefruit etc?.

I have heaps of recipe books and of course there's always the wonderful world of the web, but I still prefer tried and tested recipes.
