I just bought a mini meal from Asda for my lunch (only £1.34), it sounded rather nice... It was a sweet potato curry with courgette and peas.  I just ate it all up, it was delicious!!  Going to check the ingredients and see if I can copy it so I can make myself some... lunches at work will never be the same again!

Anyone have a recipe already, I would be glad of it being posted on the recipes forum...

We don't have an Asda, so can't really help! Sounds nice though-and at that price, might be quite a good option for lunch at work-but imagine it might need padded out with some nan bread (or am I just being greedy...again!?)

They had other mini meals as well, would be brilliant for work... I might pop down there in the week and buy some, I think they can be frozen too!

I ate this one at 2ish, followed by lots of maltesers and I'm just starting to feel a bit peckish, so you might be right, I would have to find something to go with it.

Okay, Mrs Party Pooper here....remember, if it is cheap, it has most likely been made using cheap/nasty ingredients, and has MSG (sodium) to enhance the flavour.  By all means, check out the ingredients and recreate your own version....which if you do in bulk, will be as economical, plus you'll know what it has in it.

Sounds lovely and pretty easy to make a bulk amount and split and freeze.
