I can't believe this, it seems the stuff is sold out because some people have been very greedy and bought it all to sell on eBay!!  Nice...

It's 100% cacao and Willy harvested the beans himself in Venezuela and then it's all made at his little factory in Tiverton (or it was on the TV programme).  It's used for cooking, and some of the top chocolatiers said how nice it was... I think there are 3 different types, I guess everything is on the web link I posted, I haven't looked at it properly yet.

H got some in Waitrose at lunch. Going to cook something yummy with it. I noticed on the wesbite that recipes will be online soon and a recipe book to follow too...

I do like dark chocolate, but I don't think it tastes different in cooking does it?

There was another link Laura when I googled it, which had recipes... worth googling and you might find it!  In fact it might be the same address as above but .net
