Me and Marc went here last night, it wasn't our first choice, that was shut... but still this place was really nice.  I used to go here a lot in my early 20's, so to go back again last night was good.

We got there about 7.30pm, the evening menu on the blackboard was packed with everything I like so it took us a while to work out what we wanted.

I chose scallops with bacon and mango chutney for starter, Marc chose smoked duck breast... For main I chose veal with a sauce and mushrooms, and Marc chose halibut.  We both thoroughly enjoyed the food, even more so because we were sat outside on the decking enjoying the sun.

We will definately be going back here, it's in a lovely location and much better than pub food in my opinion.  The bill came to around £50 with drinks included...  q3

I would recommend this place to anyone who lives nearby!
