I made some quiche pastry cases yesterday but didn't have time to fill them until today, just going to fill them and one of the cats jumped up and knocked the tray to the ground. Fortunately the pastry cases weren't too badly damaged but would have leaked if I had tried to fill so I lined the pastry case with foil then put the filling in and baked. When they were cold (they were for the freezer anyway) I carefully peeled off the foil and put the filling back into the pastry case.
I don't think anyone will notice when I reheat them. _________________ You'll never know the answer if you don't ask the question. |
