We are conducting a nationwide online survey with males and females aged 18 upwards that visit certain pubs, clubs and bars. You must be a UK resident to take part.

The survey takes about 20 minutes and we will send you an incentive cheque of £5 for a successfully completed questionnaire. Note that we will only accept one questionnaire per participant.

Feel free however, to forward this e-mail to your friends if they would like to take part.

In this survey we first ask for your address and then a few screening questions to see if your profile matches our requirements for this study. If you pass the screening you will continue into the survey.

There are quotas by gender, age and bar/pub type, so when your particular quota is full you will be screened out.

Our client has stressed that all questions must be considered before answering. "Click through" surveys will be rejected.

Over the next few months we will be posting lots of invitations on our website, so check regularly to see if there is anything that suits you. We will also e-mail you whenever we have a nation-wide on-line or telephone survey that you might like to take part in.
