Hi,

Im always trying to find new ways of using and preserving eggs, so made this up today. Its a sort of ice cream sherry trifle and tastes pretty good. I used 6eggs, :D 4 in the ice cream and 2 bantie eggs in the sponge. The only added flavouring is the sherry to soak the sponge and I used homemade strawberry jam.

If anyone wants to have ago and would like the recipe, just give us a shout
