Now I am told that make a mean quince jelly and quince marmalade. But please I have got one quince in my hand and looking at it - how do I prepare it and some more interesting ideas wouldn't go amiss.
I picked up a nice bag of quinces from Freecycle, and I don't want to waste them now I got them. I haven't heard nor seen them for years....help please! |

I am sure Nigella used quinces in something on Nigella Express on Tuesday, might be worth looking for her website.
