New pots from the garden (dug up 3 weeks ago and stored)
Scrubbed and boiled to al dente, drain water and add half a bottle of thai sweet chilli sauce, allow them to soak in this for an hour or so, moving them around every so often.
Fry in olive oil, medium hot wok.

I served them with Poached Salmon, and runner beans from the garden.

Sounds nice-almost like a warm and spicy potato salad. Would be good with cold meats too, I imagine.
