Have ate in his establishments a few times and not with good reports. Once the toilets were so dirty.
Very expensive and so disapointing. He seems obsessed with Pananni.
He has no idea at all about local food, he simply thinks he does.

I agree PP - we've eaten in Cayenne and I have to say I was far from bowled over by the quality of the food and the prices. The place itself was nice enough though and I didn't go to the loo so can't comment!

His cafe on the Lisburn Road was nice for breakfast on a Sunday but has now closed down, personally I think their prices were a little steep, even for that part of Belfast!
