I've just found that OU are doing free online courses here: http://www.open.ac.uk/openlearn/home.php

If you go to the list of areas and click on Science and Nature there are two nutrition courses on there, also an obesity course too! :)

Thanks for that, interesting as my hubby runs an Outdoor Education Centre and our cook is of the old school, maybe we can persuader her otherwise :roll:
