I have some mushrooms that I need to use for tonight's supper.
We've had our main meal, so this is for a lighter meal, bearing in mind we are on "le regime" so miniscule butter if any
Now don't all rush...despite the fact I am getting hungry _________________ http://positivechange.myfreeforum.org/index.php

Yes, we're on diets. Shhh, don't tell anyone though, or they'll all tell me how to do it
I have some 0% Creme Fresh (like bloody water ), so I'll use that and some milk.
Thanks Gilly _________________ http://positivechange.myfreeforum.org/index.php

It's in my recipe book... My wicked step mother gave it to me so I don't have it online, if you want it let me know and I'll type it up over the weekend, it's very nice, I've made it a few times! _________________ Positive Change |

I know I'm late in answering but have you tried them cooked in a tomato sauce with a hint of chilli. Easy to do, lightly fry onions till transparent add the tomatoes, some tomato paste and mushrooms, any herbs you might fancy and a hint of chilli - either powder or fresh and let it simmer till the tomato sauce reduces and thickens slightly, then serve with a jacket potatoe. Nice with grated cheese on top but if you are trying to loose weight cut out the cheese.
