New series. Chef Jamie Oliver returns to rustle up more simple dishes using homegrown produce. In the first episode, he is joined by sheep farmer Daphne, who tackles common misconceptions about lamb and explains how the conditions the animals are kept in affects the quality of the meat.

Jamie Oliver rustles up recipes using leeks, including pappardelle and a `concertina' squid dish. The chef also explains why the underrated vegetable can be a real asset in the kitchen and offers advice on the best ways to grow and store them.

I'm drooling....don't normally get to watch the cooking programmes.
He's been doing rhubarb and asparagus.

I have the book if you want the recipe, I like it it has gardening tips in too but having a Father and Grandfather who were keen gardeners I am a bit set in my ways  |
